1917. WW1 US propaganda poster designed by Charles Livingston Bull (1874-1932) and entitled “Keep Him Free”. This poster was issued to promote the purchase of War Savings Stamps issued by the US Treasury department. This poster has been linen backed and the actual poster measures 20″ x30″. Prior to linen backing some very minor (<0.25″) paper loss beneath the “I” of “HIM” and some light retouching to the fold lines. Price $300
