MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, 1961. Original folded 1 Sheet movie poster also known as “Jules Vernes Mysterious Island”. Starring Michael Craig, Joan Greenwood and Michael Callan. Directed by Cy Endfield this poster has beautiful colors and fantastic artwork. Great in a media room or game room! This is considered the sequel to 20,000 leagues under the sea.

There is some staining at the bottom margin of the poster and pin holes in all four corners. All of this can be repaired through the Restoration and linen backing process. Condition is C7.

Linen backing is first and foremost a preservation and stabilization technique. It preserves the integrity of old and valuable paper and assures the poster can be safely handled and displayed.
