AMERICANS WILL ALWAYS FIGHT FOR LIBERTY, 1943. Original Linen Backed war poster (22 x 28” / 72 x 92 cm) depicting World War 2 era soldiers marching against a backdrop of battle hardened American Revolutionary War era soldiers. Popular and powerful image designed by Bernard Perlin (1918-2014).
This poster was originally folded with some major edge wear, majority of the damage being to the left side of the margin. There is also a torn area along the bottom right of the margin. The poster has since been linen backed and is in excellent condition!
