Grease has become one of the most fondly loved and remembered musicals of our time. This poster is the teaser version, aka the “advance” release poster; announcing the upcoming release in the summer of 78′. This 1 sheet sheet teaser is considered the most valuable version for this famous movie and the fact that its rolled is as desirable as it gets! John Travolta’s singing and dancing in the idealic setting of hot rods and muscle cars from the 70s was the perfect backdrop to set the stage for his long and glorious career.
This original advance 1 sheet movie poster used to advertise the release of Grease in 1978 is in fine condition; however there are some minor defects to note. There is slight rippling throughout the poster and along the bottom horizontal margin there is some tattering and one gouge on the bottom right corner. There is no missing paper on this poster. Outside of these flaws the poster is very clean fresh and will present extremely well linen backed.
