GREAT AMERICAN CHASE, 1979. Original folded 1 Sheet (27 x 41” / 69 x 104 cm) Movie Poster starring Bugs Bunny, Wile E. Coyote (Mel Blanc), and Road Runner (Paul Julian). Written, produced, and directed by Chuck Jones who also happens to be the creator of many of Warner Brothers beloved cartoon characters. It should be noted that this poster is titled “The Great American Chase”, as the film was widely released under the title “The Bugs Bunny/ Road Runner Movie” due to its recognizability. It was printed under its original working title in limited numbers to promote the initial, short-lived release, making this poster harder to come by.
This poster is in great folded condition with some minor scuffing and toning visible along the bottom half of the poster.
