This film features serial killer Henry, and his ex-con protege who roam the streets of Chicago with murder on their minds, often luring women back to their apartment before killing them. The two main characters Henry and Otis are loosely based on convicted real life serial killers Henry Lee Lucas and Ottis Toole. This poster features the original artwork painted by Joe Coleman which was later banned for being too extreme.
