Original Ocean Liner Travel Poster (24 1/2″ x 37 1/2″) designed by Reyn Dirksen (1924-1990) to advertise the SS Nieuw Amsterdam ocean liner and its new route between New York, Cobn (Ireland), Southampton, Le Havre and Rotterdam. “It’s good to be on a well-run ship”. This poster has been linen backed and originally had two tears in the bottom right and top right corners that have now been repaired and retouched. The image is clean and free of staining.
