INVASION OF THE ASTRO-MONSTER. 1965. Original Italian 1p Movie Poster 39” x 55” (128 x 180 cm) for the monster Japanese monster movie Invasion of the Asto-Monster. Produced at Toho studios and capitalizing on the Godzilla and Rodan monster franchise of the 50’s this movie was the third of the Rodan series and following Rodan The Flying Monster released in 1956 and Ghidrah The Three Headed Monster in 1964. In this movie aliens arrive on Earth to borrow Rodan and and Godzilla to save their planet from Monster Zero.
This poster has been linen backed and was formerly in excellent C8 folded condition. Slight age toning is notable along the fold lines in the lighter area of the folds. Super Italian graphics and perfect for a kids room; ready to frame!
