KEEP HIM FLYING! 1943. Original US Linen Backed WW2 Poster (28 x 40” / 92 x 131 cm) originally folded and now linen backed. Designed by Georges Schreiber (1904-1977) for the public financing of the war effort though the sale of War Bonds. This desirable poster here in the large format shows an airman gazing up to the sky by the cockpit of his aircraft emblazoned with his Japanese kills.
Originally in C8 folded condition this poster has some very light soiling near the “R” lettering and had a 2″ tear in the upper right of the poster . Light retouching to the color along some of the fold lines.
