Directed by Terry Gilliam and produced by Arnon Milchan and Patrick Cassavetti. Terry Gilliam’s Brazil is a highly engaging black comedy that uses an Orwellian society as its backdrop, and puts you straight in to Gilliam’s fantastical mind. It’s a truly bizarre and memorable film.
The film was nominated for two Academy Awards, one for Original Screenplay and one for Best Art Direction. It continues to be one of most highly regarded films in its genre.
