Directed by Peter Godfrey and produced by William Jacobs. On paper, Elizabeth Lane is a hard working food writer who lives on a beautiful farm and is the picture perfect housewife, mother, and cook. In reality, Elizabeth is an unmarried New Yorker who can barely boil water. When her boss insists that she cook Christmas dinner at her farm for a war veteran, she must accept the invitation in order to hide the truth and preserve her career. Along the way she falls in love with the sailor and the farce is exposed.
Prior to linen backing this poster was in very good original C8 condition with vivid colors and very little damage. Slight cross fold separation but otherwise a super version of this much loved light hearted movie. This poster is now ready to frame!
