DUMBO, 1941. Original 1 Sheet (27 x 41” / 89 x 135 cm) folded Movie Poster produced by Walt Disney. This endearing and paradoxically sad family cartoons was reputedly Disney’s favorite cartoon and tells the deceptively simple story of a circus elephant ridiculed because of his large ears and separated from his mother who tries to protect him and is rewarded by being holed up in a cage. Filmed during the early years of WWII the movie went on to be an Oscar winner and an eternal favorite among young and old. This version of the poster was released for the 1976 re-release of the movie to US audiences.
This originally folded poster is in very good original C8 condition light wear to the fold lines but otherwise a very clean and desirable version of the movie poster.
