GHOST SHIP, 1943. Original Insert (14” x 36” / 46 x 118 cm) folded movie poster starring Richard Dix, Russell Wade, and Edith Barrett. Directed by Mark Robson and produced by Val Lewton. This psychological thriller is about a young marine office who is beginning to suspect that the captain of the ship is a psychopathic madman and is putting the ship’s crew in danger. The ship’s crew is unsuspecting and believes the ship to be cursed and haunted after several mysterious deaths occur.
This poster is in good C7 condition with very bright colors, although the fold lines are visible. There is tape along the left side, and the bottom right corner of the poster. There is some tape residue along the center right side of the poster, and creasing along the left edge of the poster. Linen Backing is available for this poster for an additional $60; all the conditions mentioned above will be remedied during the service.
