Produced by Arthur Freed. This film adaptation of the Broadway musical of the same name features three sailors who let loose on a day of shore leave after docking in New York City. On the Town was an instant success. It won the Academy Award for Best Music Scoring of a Musical Picture, and was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Cinematography.
This originally folded is in very fine condition with no stains or tears, pinhole in each corner.
