OUTLAW JOSEY WALES, 1976. Original Half Sheet (22 x 28” /72 x 92 cm) Linen Backed Western Movie Poster starring and directed by Clint Eastwood. Josey Wales is a confederate farmer from Missouri who makes his way west after his family’s slaughter during the Civil War. He refused to join his captain and the rest of his comrades in surrendering to a U.S. Army regiment, which turns into a bloody one-man battle with said regiment. Now Josey is deemed a dangerous outlaw and pursued by the cavalry soldiers, led by the man who killed his family. While on his journey to the west, he joins with a group of settlers who need protection from a tough and experienced man like Josey. Unfortunately, his past eventually catches up with him since he is a wanted man. “The Outlaw Josey Wales…an army of one.”
This linen backed half sheet poster was in good original C7 condition prior to linen backing and had the following issues we corrected with this process: light wear and wrinkling on fold lines, wear along margin edges with many little chips of paper missing right along margin edges. This poster turned out wonderfully and would look great hanging in your home, especially once framed! We offer many custom varieties of framing options for our customers to choose from!
