Taking place in San Francisco’s Chintatown, Charlie Chan sets out to investigate a missing persons case, which reveals a string of murders connected with insurance fraud. Aided by his #2 son, and Birmingham Brown, they uncover the gang behind the murders who have been cashing in on the victim’s life insurance.
