SOYLENT GREEN, 1973. Original One Sheet (27 x 41”), (89 x 125 cm) originally folded and now linen backed movie poster starring Charlton Heston, Leigh Taylor-Young, Edward G. Robinson and directed byRichard Fleischer. “People never change. They’ll do anything to getwhat they need. And they need Soylent Green”. Another Heston epicset in the near future in an overcrowded, hungry and pollutedAmerican city where some sort soy based sushi stuff was all therage. Reminiscent of Blade Runner with Harrison Ford; though not asatmospheric.
This poster was in fair original C6 condition prior to linen backing. There is a small stain in the margin of the top left corner, and in the margin of the center bottom of the poster. The fold lines are visible, but all creasing has been flattened during the linen backing process.
