It is also rumored this was the very last time in film history that entirely different artwork (from other poster styles) was used for the half sheet style movie poster. This poster, sells for more money than the 1 sheet and is considered more collectible.

A Note About the Two different Poster Styles:
The “PG” Ratings Box
This half sheet has two versions, the more rare is without a PG ratings box (“No Ratings Box“); the other version is with the PG ratings box. which characterizes this poster. Both are considered original, but the “no ratings box” is almost mythically rare. There are no known “No ratings box” half sheets on the market, but we do have one, so please <Contact Us> if your interested in discussing.
This half sheet movie theater poster for Star Wars is rolled and in near mint condition. There are no major or minor imperfections to note; however, there is some gummy material that is on the top margin which can be easily removed without damage to the poster.
