TWA PHILADELPHIA, 1960s. Original Vintage US TWA Airline Travel Poster (25 x 40” / 82 x 131 cm) designed and illustrated by David Kelin. This poster is from the many that Kelin designed during the 1950s and 60s for Howard Huges’ Trans World Airlines (TWA). This specific illustration features the Liberty Bell and remains an iconic image of the Jet Set Era.
This poster is rolled and has two puncture holes in the top right and left corners from original hanging and a couple very small chips missing from the margins. This poster is beautifully rendered using a 60’s psychedelic color scheme that would look stunning once Linen Backed.
