VIVA ZAPATA! 1952. Original Half Sheet (22” x 28” / 72 x 92 cm) Movie Poster starring Marlon Brando and Jean Peters and directed by Elia Kazan. Based on the story by John Steinbeck this Western film presents itself as a classic rebellion against a tyrannical figure. Main character Emiliano Zapata is committed to regaining the land that was stolen from the local Mexican peasants.

This poster was originally folded but is now in amazing linen backed condition! Ready to frame!

Linen backing is first and foremost a preservation and stabilization technique. It preserves the integrity of old and valuable paper and assures the poster can be safely handled and displayed.
