Original One Sheet (27 x 41”), (89 x 125 cm) originally folded and now linen backed movie poster starring Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, Rodney Dangerfield, Ted Knight, and Michael O-Keefe. Directed by Harold Ramis; Produced by Jon Peters and Douglas Kenney. This classic comedy from the 80s features the wealthy members of an exclusive gold club and all the comical happenings throughout their golf games and while at the club. Although all the members are eccentric, the staff is poor and slightly less eccentric – including Danny, the caddy who will do basically anything to raise money to go to college. There are many subplots, including the well-recognized “stuffed” gopher who is destroying the beloved golf course and the assistant greens keeper, played by Bill Murray, who is pursuing said gopher, utilizing comedic means to eradicate it. “Some people just don’t belong.”
This poster was originally folded with some minor staining along the bottom left of the margin but has since been linen backed and is in excellent condition.
