1961, Exodus , Original US 1 sheet movie poster (27 x 41”) starring Paul Newman, Eva Maria Saint, Ralph Richardson and Lee J. Cobb in Otto Preminger’s epic film about the the formation of Israel and the immediate aftermath. This is one of Saul Bass’s (1920-1996) better known poster designs and an important collectible for those interested in his artwork. The poster has been mounted on linen but originally had a long razor cut in the top right margin and a small piece of missing paper (o.5″) near the center cross fold. Overall a very clean image with some visible soiling along the margins. Price $425
