HELP UNCLE SAM STAMP OUT THE KAISER! 1918. Original US WW1 Poster (28 x 42” / 92 x 138 cm) originally rolled and now linen backed. Designed by Harry S. Bressler, (1893-1962) for the Third Liberty Bond Campaign issued in the Spring of 1918. This poster shows the mighty boot of Uncle Sam somewhat comically stamping out the King of Prussia Kaiser Wilhelm. A dramatic and rare poster seldom seen in this condition
Originally rolled this poster was in very fine condition prior to linen backing with only minor wear along the margins.
