Hey Fellows, 1918 is an American WW1 propaganda poster designed by John E. Sheridan (1877-1948) in 1918. “Hey Fellows” was issued in 1918 to encourage people to donate books to the armed forces. This poster, measuring 20″ x 30″ and linen-backed in house, depicts an American doughboy holding up books and crying out “hey fellows”, with the text “Your money brings the book we need when we want it”.
The poster has been well restored by the linen-backing process. Poster has bold colors and sharp edges, with no real condition marks to make.
