In this classic western, Wayne stars as George Washington McLintock, also known as “GW”, who is the richest man in the territory he resides. As he anxiously awaits the return of his daughter Becky who has been away at school for 2 years, his wife Katherine shows up to tell him that she’s only returned to take their daughter back with her. “Wallops the daylights out of every western you’ve ever seen!” “McLintock! The brawl-for-fun who put a town on the map-and hung his name on it!” Along with the Quiet Man this movie displays the special relationship that Wayne and O’Hara enjoyed in real life.
This poster was in good C7 condition but has multiple pin and staple holes in the corners and mid margin. These will be almost invisible once the poster is linen backed. A small chip is missing on the bottom right corner – this will also be filled during backing. Excellent colors and no tape or stains. We linen back and frame all of our posters IN HOUSE at our studio in Katy, TX!
