This wonderful artwork for Star Wars Return of the Jedi was done by Kazuhiko Sano and makes this movie poster a very popular title amongst casual buyers and collectors alike. Its popularity in part is due to the epic pose achieved by the entire ensemble of characters; Luke, Han, Leia, Lando and of course the menacing Darth Vader!
A Note on the different versions
There are several different style B Return of the Jedi movie theater posters; there is this silver titled lettering version and there is a white titled lettering version which is far more rare. There is also a studio release version and a NSS (National Screen Service) version.
This original Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Style B 1 sheet theater poster for sale is the silver lettering studio version. In terms of condition, it has no major but some minor defects to note. There is a vertical crease below the cast information, There is also a gouge in the cast information, but will vanish following linen backing.
