Shafer (1866-1940) for the Third Liberty Bond Campaign issued in the Spring of 1918. “Invest in the Victory Liberty Loan”.  One of the most desirable American WW1 posters depicting a German U boat surrounded by an American destroyer and troop ship.

Originally rolled this poster was in very good condition prior to linen backing. Poster exhibits wear along the edges and corners. Image is unusually clear and crisp suggesting this was an early printing.
