This epic mafia film led to two additional movies and relates the story, written by Mario Puzo of the Coleone family in post-war New York City. This movie quickly became the movie of choice for mafia fans and the star studded cast was superbly directed by Francis Ford Coppola. This original movie poster is depicts the simple but effective “logo” style artwork by S. Neil Fujita (1921-2010).
This folded poster is in good original and complete C6 condition. There is wear on the fold lines and scattered scuff marks throughout the darker background. This poster will require linen backing and color retouching. This appearance of this classic Godfather poster will improve significantly once linen backed.
