Original One Sheet (27 x 41”), (89 x 125 cm) originally folded and now linen backed movie poster starring Judy Garland and Robert Walker and directed by future husband Vincente Minnelli. A superb romantic love story about a WW2 soldier on leave for 48 hours in New York, a city he has never visited before. He meets Garland at a train station and she shows him around for a while on her way home. They arrange a date and spend the night helping a milkman in trouble only to find themselves falling in love. The next day they lose each other in the subway and the tension and sense of panic in the movie is palpable. “Every Second a Heartbeat”
This poster was in excellent original C8 folded condition prior to linen backing. There are a few small margin chips evident but overall the poster displays very well.
