Written by John Milius, and directed by Francis Ford Coppola. This award-winning film about the horror of the Vietnam war rapidly became a classic, and won 2 Oscars. This film is considered the best film ever made by John Milius, and some of the quotes “I love the smell of Napalm in the morning” resonated as the hippie era was coming to a close. This film ironically embraced war, and showed its bloody face to a population of people not yet desensitized. This folded 1 sheet poster is in very good original C8 condition, but does have some slight color loss along some of the fold lines.
