GONE WITH THE WIND, 1939. Original 1968 Re-release 1 Sheet (27 x 41” / 69 x 104 cm) folded Movie Poster starring Clark Gable Vivien Leigh, Leslie Howard and Olivia de Havilland. Arguably the most loved and celebrated movie of all time this movie was directed by Victor Fleming and ranks as one of the most timeless and well-known movie poster designs of all time. This historical story was based on the novel by Margaret Mitchell and the movie was reissued to movie theaters many time since its original release and this “awards style” version first used in 1968 has become the most recognizable poster for the film.
Prior to linen backing this poster was in very good condition with light wear on the fold lines and pinholes in the corners. Ready to frame!
