KARATE KID, 1984. Original 1 Sheet (27 x 41” / 69 x 104 cm) folded Movie Poster starring Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita as Miyagi; Directed by John G. Avildsen. This classic film follows a bullied teenage boy, Daniel, and his journey in learning karate from Miyagi. At the beginning of the training, Daniel doesn’t understand what Miyagi is teaching him – especially since Miyagi seems more interested in instructing Daniel to wax cars and pain fences rather than Karate directly. “He taught him the secret to Karate lies in the mind and heart. Not in the hands”
This folded poster is in good original C7 condition with some light wear along the fold lines and two scuff marks on the beach. There is also a small chip missing from the top left corner which would be replaced during linen backing. We can linen back this poster and retouch the fold lines and scuff marks for an additional $80 upon request or by adding the service to your cart below. This would produce a flat, backed poster that’s ready to display! We linen back and frame all of our posters IN HOUSE at our studio in Katy, TX!
